  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items that are damaged during shipping or received defective are fully refundable or replaceable.
  • Non-returnable items: gift cards, digital downloads, and customized or hygiene-related products (like certain pet or personal items).

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our support team within 10 days of receiving your order at waylixgear@gmail.com or via our Shopify contact form.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review and provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back. We recommend using trackable shipping for peace of mind.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us first.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Cancellation

Special Notes:
